Altenar, a leading sportsbook and iGaming software provider, has signed a partnership deal to supply its premium sportsbook and platform to Casino Gran Madrid in Spain.

This deal sees Altenar solidify itself as one of Europe’s leading tech providers, bringing its market-leading sportsbook solution to even more Spanish bettors.

The platform boasts a wide range of capabilities, with multiple specialisations across Esports, data and retail, as well as its EGR award-winning selection of virtuals.

Altenar continues to build on an already impressive year, having recently scaled its next-gen terminal solution for global markets following multiple successes across LatAm, Belgium and Spain.

Marking an outstanding 12 months, Altenar recorded a surge in 150 per cent for total bets and player count over 2021, with its key specialisations across Esports, data and virtuals proving to be a major boost for its operator partners.

Commenting on the deal, Alejandro Cazorla, sales manager at Altenar, said: “We are delighted to be fuelling growth at Casino Gran Madrid with our top tier sportsbook. We look forward to collaborating with our newfound partners to provide an even more satisfying betting experience to the Spanish customer base.

“This partnership is indicative of the continued progress we are seeing as a company, and the evidence is clear that our presence in Europe is as strong as ever.”

Altenar’s successes have been recognised with multiple recent award wins, including the MiGEAs, EGR Nordics, Baltic and Scandinavian Gaming Awards and multiple honours ahead of the SBC Awards in Barcelona in September.

Licensed across a total of 13 major global markets, including the UKGC and MGA, Altenar has established itself as the sportsbook provider of choice for multiple leading operators.
