Malta-based companies Enteractive and EveryMatrix have announced a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening player reactivation and retention strategies for iGaming operators.
Under the agreement, operators using EveryMatrix’s platform solutions will be able to integrate Enteractive’s human-led (Re)Activation services into their player lifecycle management processes. The collaboration is positioned as a way to help operators re-engage inactive players in a compliant, measurable and brand-aligned manner, while supporting long-term player value and responsible gambling standards.
Enteractive specialises in one-to-one player reactivation through trained, native-speaking agents who act as an extension of an operator’s CRM function. When combined with EveryMatrix’s modular technology stack and data capabilities, the partnership is intended to bridge automated engagement tools with direct human interaction, offering a more structured and insight-driven approach to reactivation.
Commenting on the announcement, Pedram Padidar, Chief Operating Officer at Enteractive, said that the collaboration brings together technology and human expertise, adding that operators increasingly require “meaningful engagement that respects player context, compliance requirements, and brand integrity.”
Kevin Furlong, Group Chief Product Officer at EveryMatrix, said the partnership would enhance the company’s offering to operator partners, describing Enteractive’s human-led retention model as a complementary addition to EveryMatrix’s platform capabilities across the full player lifecycle.
Enteractive operates in more than 50 regulated markets globally and provides player reactivation and retention services through its proprietary (Re)Activation Cloud™.
