Evoplay has promoted Diana Larina to Chief Marketing Officer, marking the latest step in what the company described as a rapid and successful internal leadership journey.
Ms Larina joined Evoplay in 2022 as Head of B2B Marketing, then was promoted to Head of Growth Marketing in 2023. She was later appointed Head of Marketing in November 2024.
Her elevation to CMO now sees her formally join the company’s senior leadership team as Evoplay continues expanding its global operations.
During her time at the studio, Ms Larina has led several major campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening Evoplay’s international brand presence and player engagement strategy.
The company credited her with helping drive a stronger B2C-focused approach, while also strengthening collaboration across marketing, product, sales and commercial teams.
Her industry profile has also continued rising through a series of award nominations and recognitions, including:
She also recently made her debut appearance on the Top 50 Masters of iGaming Marketing list.
In her new role, Ms Larina will oversee Evoplay’s brand, product and performance marketing divisions, with a focus on growth strategy and market positioning across key jurisdictions.
“I’m incredibly proud of what the marketing team has achieved at Evoplay and I’m excited about what comes next,” Ms Larina said.
“This promotion reflects the hard work of everyone around me, and I look forward to continuing to push boundaries, build the brand and drive growth as we expand our presence across global markets.”
Ivan Kravchuk, CEO of Evoplay, said Ms Larina had demonstrated “exceptional drive, leadership and ambition” since joining the company.
“Her journey through the company is a testament to both her talent and dedication, and this promotion to CMO is incredibly well deserved,” he added.
The appointment forms part of Evoplay’s broader strategy of investing in internal talent as it continues scaling its international footprint within the iGaming sector.
