Game Lounge has announced the return of its 4-day work week for the month of April, reaffirming its commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.

The company shared the news on LinkedIn, highlighting the positive impact of the initiative on team happiness and productivity.

Throughout April, Game Lounge employees will work from Monday to Thursday, enjoying Fridays off to rest, recharge, and focus on personal activities. This move aligns with growing global trends emphasising the benefits of shorter work weeks, including higher job satisfaction, improved mental health, and increased efficiency.

In its announcement, Game Lounge expressed confidence that well-rested teams produce their best work, making this initiative a win-win for both employees and the company. To gauge the impact, they also asked employees how they plan to spend their extra time off.

The decision to reintroduce the 4-day work week follows its successful implementation in the past, demonstrating Game Lounge’s forward-thinking approach to workplace flexibility.
