Groove has secured a licence to operate in Brazil.

The regulatory approval allows the company to offer its services in one of the world’s largest regulated online gaming markets, while complementing its existing operations in Argentina.

According to the company, the Brazilian licence will enable operators using its platform to launch localised and compliant casino offerings in the country through a single integration. The platform includes access to curated game portfolios, local payment solutions and marketing tools designed for the Latin American market.

While headquartered in Israel, Groove also maintains offices in Malta at Elite Business Centre in Msida.

Groove said the development is also expected to benefit game studios and content providers seeking entry into Brazil, as the company will manage regulatory and certification requirements on their behalf.

Commenting on the development, Groove Head of Partnerships Rachel Tourgeman described the approval as a significant milestone for the company’s partners and for the wider Latin American iGaming ecosystem.

“The green light in Brazil is more than a licence; it’s a key that unlocks a kingdom of opportunity for our partners,” she said. “Operators can now immediately tap into Brazil’s immense potential, while providers gain a trusted pipeline to a passionate new player base.”

Groove Co-Founder and CEO Yahale Meltzer said the licence reflects the company’s long-term commitment to the region.

“Our vision has always been to build the bridges that connect great content with passionate players, wherever they are,” he said. “Securing our Brazilian licence and reinforcing our Argentine operations is a testament to our team’s execution and commitment to LATAM.”

Founded in 2016, Groove operates an aggregation platform offering more than 20,000 games from over 150 content partners. The company provides technology solutions for online casino and sportsbook operators across multiple regulated markets.

The company said the Brazilian licence strengthens its position in Latin America and supports its strategy of expanding within regulated gaming markets.
