LeoVegas founder Gustaf Hagman has teamed up with Authentic Gaming founder Jonas Delin to launch Avanti Studios, a next-generation Live Casino software provider designed to address some of the sector’s most persistent challenges, including high operating costs, slow innovation and limited scalability.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Avanti Studios combines real-time multiplayer gameplay with advanced AI, 3D animation and motion-capture technology to deliver an ultra-realistic Live Casino experience. The platform features lifelike digital dealer clones, created from recordings of professional land-based croupiers, offering the trust and authenticity associated with traditional casinos while significantly reducing operational complexity.

“Player trust has always been the cornerstone of live casino success,” said Mr Hagman. “At Avanti, we preserve that trust through genuine real-time multiplayer action, while leveraging next-generation technology for flawless execution and scalability. This is Live Casino done better – it’s authentic, reliable, and built for the future.”

Avanti has built an in-house motion capture studio that records the precise movements, mannerisms and dealing techniques of experienced croupiers. These are then transformed into customisable digital dealers that can be adapted to an operator’s brand and language, delivering consistent quality with zero human error and near-infinite scalability.

Mr Delin said the project was born out of decades of industry experience. “Traditional Live Casino has been slow to embrace innovation. We’ve put technology at the centre, eliminating human error and operational bottlenecks so operators can focus on growth while delivering the best possible player experience. Our model enables rapid game launches, continuous updates and a pace of innovation the live casino vertical has not seen before.”

Avanti plans to begin rollout in Q1 2026, launching first in regulated markets, starting with Spain. Initial titles will include multiple Live Baccarat and Live Blackjack variants, Dragon Tiger, and localised Top Card games, including Toro vs. Matador Live and Live Blackjack for the Spanish market.

Mr Hagman is set to attend ICE Barcelona next week, where Avanti Studios will be introduced to operators and industry stakeholders interested in exploring the next generation of Live Casino technology.
