Aspire Global’s Pariplay Ltd, a leading aggregator and content provider, has signed a multi-state distribution deal with leading US operator Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Inc.

The direct integration will see Pariplay’s complete Fusion aggregation solution go live across New Jersey, West Virginia and Michigan, pending legislation and regulatory approvals.

Pariplay has been recently granted its provisional Michigan license and is live in both New Jersey and West Virginia, with its products expected to go live on Golden Nugget Online Gaming’s product offerings in these states in Q1 2022.

The Golden Nugget Online Gaming deal follows several comprehensive agreements in North America whilst Pariplay has experienced remarkable growth in the expanding U.S. market.

The supplier has enjoyed a strong end to 2021, signing major partnerships in the US, Colombia and Greece in recent months.

Pariplay’s Fusion aggregation platform features thousands of titles from the industry’s leading game developers as well as a suite of back-office conversion and retention tools that enhance player value.

Andrew Maclean, VP of sales at Pariplay, said: “We have taken major strides in the U.S. last year and partnering with Golden Nugget Online Gaming was a thrilling way to start 2022.

“As a major brand in the U.S., they have an impressive reach that will only be strengthened as future plans progress. It is another statement of intent for us, and we can’t wait to take our products live in key states in early 2022.”

Warren Steven, VP of product and operations at Golden Nugget Online Gaming, said: “Pariplay is a seasoned content provider with a long history of developing innovative and high performing games for the iGaming industry. We are pleased to be partnering with Pariplay as we continue to expand on delivering quality content to our patrons.”
