RubyPlay (NSYNC Developments Ltd), an innovative B2B iGaming development studio, has struck a major deal to supply its slots portfolio and several new bespoke games to one of South Africa’s most prominent brands, LottoStar.

The agreement marks RubyPlay’s entry to the regulated market and an opportunity to extend its global offering by providing its content to players in South Africa.

LottoStar is a licensed South African operator that is devoted to the world of online gaming. The company “provides an easy and convenient way for players to immerse themselves in a variety of games across various devices – computers, tablets and mobile phones”.

The partnership will allow RubyPlay to share its wide-ranging content portfolio with South African players for the first time, which combines online expertise with land-based heritage and the “best of social casino mechanics”. Players can look forward to experiencing the developer’s most engaging titles such as Royal Griffin, Diamond Explosion 7s and Shake Shake Money Tree.

RubyPlay has strong ambitions to extend its footprint across regulated markets worldwide and showcase its content with top tier operators. This new partnership with a prominent and globally recognised brand such as LottoStar allows RubyPlay to achieve this goal.

Trevor Ginsberg, CEO of RubyPlay, said: “Entering a new market is always exciting and this is certainly the case as we begin our journey in South Africa. We believe we will see the same success in Africa as we have recently experienced in Latin America. It’s important for us to enter this new market early and we feel that now is the perfect time for RubyPlay.

“We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver customised content to operators, and we have no doubt that South African players will love our games.”

Tasoulla Hadjigeorgiou, CEO of LottoStar, indicated: “We are very excited to partner with RubyPlay as they prove to be a world-leading and innovative supplier. The South African betting market is always looking to be entertained through customized and novelty games. Through this relationship, we will add another element of exciting new games to our already wide range of game offerings.”
