Stella Voulgaraki, Kaizen Gaming’s Chief People Officer (CPO), has announced her departure from the company after more than three years in the role.
Kaizen Gaming, which operates under two brands, Stoiximan and Betano, is one of the largest gaming operators in the market, employing over 2,500 people across three continents.
Having joined in early 2022, Ms Voulgaraki has been central in building the company’s global HR framework, overseeing thousands of employees across Kaizen’s international operations.
In her LinkedIn announcement, she described her Kaizen journey as a “transformative chapter,” where she and her team established a global HR function.
“Together with an extraordinary HR team and so many talented Kaizeners, we built a global People function from the ground up – scaling with heart, navigating complexity and always keeping our people at the centre,” she said.
Ms Voulgaraki also noted her deep appreciation for CEO George Daskalakis’s trust she received to execute strategic people initiatives, “whose vision, authenticity and trust, allowed me to contribute meaningfully to Kaizen Gaming’s international expansion and success.”
“Thank you, Kaizen Gaming, for making this journey so rich and meaningful,” she concluded, expressing a deep sense of gratitude.
