After entering the US market last year Greentube has announced the acquisition of Present Creative, a US based developer of iGaming innovative content with an existing team specialising in cutting edge game design, mobile gaming development.
CFO at Greentube Michael Bauer said that the “US market is of great importance” and will lead to Greentube becoming one of the leading suppliers in the region.
Ben Sutherland, CEO and Co-Founder of Present Creative added that this takeover will “bring exciting new content to local players through an impressive operator network”.
Greentube is a subsidiary of Novomatic, the award-winning iGaming technology group. It has a turnover of € 1.8 billion and operates in more than 50 countries.
