The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) on Tuesday suspended the authorisation awarded to Gżira-based Rush Gaming Ltd after finding that it ran afoul of Maltese legislation.

The company, holding MGA licence MGA/B2C/701/2019, operates the Fansbet.com and Onebet.com websites.

The MGA stated that Rush Gaming is no longer authorised to carry out any gaming operations, but is required to retain and provide access to all registered players to their player accounts and to refund all funds standing to the credit of players in line with the applicable law.

The decision may be subject to an appeal.
