OpenBet has appointed Nikos Konstakis as Chief Executive Officer, effective at the end of the year, while current CEO Jordan Levin will transition to the role of Chairman and continue to play an active role in shaping the company’s long-term strategy.
As CEO, Mr Konstakis will lead OpenBet’s vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations, focusing on growth, product development, and technology, while continuing to strengthen the company’s offering to its global customer base.

The leadership transition comes as OpenBet continues to expand its business. The company recently announced its planned acquisition of OmniLogic, a move intended to strengthen its position in the global lottery market and expand its relationships with leading World Lottery Association (WLA) operators.
During his time as CEO, Mr Levin was instrumental in the management buyout of the firm from Endeavour, which was completed in March 2025, along with Ariel Emanuel, who is the Executive Chair and CEO of TKO, which owns iconic properties including UFC, the world’s premier mixed martial arts organisation; WWE, the global leader in sports entertainment; and PBR, the world’s premier bull riding organisation.
Mr Levin said that Mr Konstakis “knows our business, our customers and our technology inside out” and has played a central role in shaping the company’s priorities and execution.”
“Nikos has been a true confidant and partner in the business since coming on board over eight years ago,” Mr Levin added.

Mr Konstakis thanked Mr Levin for his leadership and the foundation he has built at the company.
“It’s a privilege to take on this role and lead the business at such an exciting time,” Mr Konstakis said.
“We have an exceptional customer base, a great team and significant opportunities ahead of us. My focus will be on building on those strengths, bringing even greater pace and focus to the business and making sure we continue to set the standard in the markets we serve,” he added.
Headquartered in London, OpenBet develops and operates sportsbook platforms, trading and risk-management technologies, and related services used by licensed betting operators, lotteries and other gaming organisations.
