OpenBet has agreed to acquire sportsbook technology specialist OmniLogic, in a move aimed at strengthening its presence across regulated lottery markets and expanding its offering for Tier 1 operators.
The acquisition will give OpenBet access to OmniLogic’s sportsbook technology, specialist expertise and established relationships with lottery operators across Europe and other regulated markets.
“Lotteries remain the core focus of our growth strategy, and OmniLogic has built a strong reputation in this sector through long-standing customer partnerships and a deep understanding of their requirements,” said OpenBet President Nikos Konstakis.

He described the acquisition as a “natural extension” of OpenBet’s strategy of serving operators operating within some of the industry's most demanding regulatory environments.
Founded by Vicente Torrejón and Dávid Márk Gábor, OmniLogic has spent more than a decade developing and supplying sportsbook technology to regulated lottery operators, including members of the World Lottery Association (WLA).
Its technology supports omnichannel betting across the EMEA region and incorporates trading, risk management and back-office functionality.
OpenBet described OmniLogic as a “partner of choice for lotteries worldwide”, with the acquisition expected to add established customer relationships alongside its technology.
OpenBet's ownership journey
In 2021, Scientific Games agreed to sell OpenBet to US-based entertainment and media group Endeavor in a deal originally valued at $1.2 billion.
At the time, Endeavor said OpenBet would complement its existing sports betting interests, particularly sports data and content specialist IMG Arena. The combination was intended to create a broader end-to-end offering spanning official sports data, video streams, content, mobile products and betting technology.
OpenBet was already a major player in sportsbook infrastructure, having processed approximately three billion bets during 2020. Its offering covered betting engine technology, trading, pricing and risk management, player accounts and wallets, front-end technology and betting content.
Its customer base included major international sportsbook brands such as DraftKings, FanDuel, Sky Bet, Ladbrokes and William Hill.
OpenBet subsequently underwent another ownership change, completing a management buyout from Endeavor in 2025.
The $450 million transaction saw CEO Jordan Levin and other senior executives take control of the platform business.
At the time, Mr Levin said the company was positioned to pursue further market expansion and product innovation.
