Gambling software development company Playtech plc announced the appointment of Brazilian national Gabriella Novello as Sales Manager.  She gained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidade Paulista and comes from a strong background in iGaming.  For the last two years she held the position of Business Development Manager with sportsbook software provider Altenar, based in Malta, after having worked in Africa, Oceania, Asia and Europe.  

Ms Novello speaks English, Italian and Portuguese. She said, “Brazil has the opportunity to become more competitive and needs to avoid the growth of the black market in the territory” adding that the online gaming industry will benefit from a regulated market in Brazil. 

Commenting on the fast-growing Brazilian market she said, “Brazil has the opportunity to become more competitive and needs to avoid the growth of the black market in the territory” adding that the online gaming industry will benefit from a regulated market in Brazil.

Playtech was founded in 1999 and is listed on the London Stock Exchange on the FTSE 250 Index.  It is a market leader for the provision of software for online casinos, arcade games, poker and bingo rooms, sports betting, scratch games.
