Content House has announced the appointment of seasoned journalist and editor Ramona Depares as the new Editor of iGaming Capital, Malta’s leading annual publication dedicated to the iGaming sector.

iGaming Capital has been published for the past eight years and has become the go-to publication for Malta’s thriving iGaming industry. Distributed across all licensed iGaming operators in Malta, as well as to the law firms, corporate service providers, tech suppliers and other professionals that service the industry, the publication provides a high-level overview of the sector and features in-depth interviews, market insights, and regulatory updates.

iGaming Capital is published every November, with a shelf-life of 12 months. The publication is the sister brand of iGamingCapital.mt, which continues to be the most popular iGaming news portal in Malta.

“We’re proud to welcome Ramona Depares as the Editor of iGaming Capital. Her editorial strength, industry awareness and creative mindset will elevate the publication even further,” said Jesmond Bonello, Managing Director of Content House. “The iGaming industry continues to be a powerhouse for Malta’s economy, and iGaming Capital reflects our ongoing investment in quality business journalism across key industries.”

Ms Depares, who brings with her over two decades of experience in journalism and publishing, said: “I’m honoured to take the helm of such an established and respected publication. Malta remains a central hub in the global iGaming landscape, and I look forward to building on the legacy of iGaming Capital and previous editor Helena Grech by bringing fresh ideas, sharper stories, and even stronger industry engagement.”

Malta is home to hundreds of leading iGaming companies and employs around 10,000 people directly in the sector, with thousands more working in supporting industries. The sector contributes over €1 billion annually to Malta’s economy, making it one of the country’s most vital and dynamic economic pillars.

iGaming Capital will continue to shine a spotlight on the people, companies, innovations and trends that are shaping the future of iGaming both locally and globally.
