Yggdrasil, a leading publisher of online gambling content, has partnered with German operator Jokerstar in a deal that will see the supplier’s content available to a new audience in the country.

Yggdrasil’s slots will be made available to Jokerstar’s customers through the agreement, including games curated from its YG Masters program.

Titles featuring Yggdrasil’s popular proprietary Game Engagement Mechanics (GEMs) will also be integrated, offering players a thrilling and exciting experience.

The partnership sees Yggdrasil further grow its presence in the regulated German market and underlines the popularity of the supplier’s offering in the country.

Jokerstar is the brand of prominent operator Kling Automaten GmbH. Founded in 1954, Kling is a third-generation family-run casino operator with 165 Joker Casino arcades across Germany.

The brand launched its online casino in September this year and is focusing on offering customers a premium experience with content from the world’s leading suppliers, such as Yggdrasil.

Andrew Pegler, chief commercial operations officer at Yggdrasil, said: “We are thrilled to partner up with such a strong brand in Germany, offering our popular content to even more local players.

“Jokerstar has been a leading entertainment company for years in the retail sector in the country and we are excited to contribute to their online expansion.”

Nico Muller, project manager and business development at Jokerstar, said: “We have high ambitions for our new online casino and by teaming up with a well-established supplier like Yggdrasil, we will be able to offer our customers a portfolio of proven titles.

“Boasting a wide range of mechanics, features and themes, we are certain the offering will be a hit with players and will ensure we further establish ourselves as a competitive and exciting online casino operator in Germany.”
