3 Oaks Gaming, a prominent distributor of slot games, has officially received a Recognition Notice from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), strengthening its position within one of Europe’s most respected regulated markets.

A recognition notice is a one-year certificate from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) that lets companies licensed in approved countries legally offer gaming services in or from Malta. It recognises licences from EU/EEA states or other jurisdictions with similar regulatory standards.

This recognition enables the company to provide its portfolio of slot titles, including fan favourites such as Sun of Egypt 4, Coin UP: Lightning and 3 Hot Chillies, to Malta-licensed operators.

The approval reaffirms 3 Oaks Gaming’s commitment to compliance and its broader ambition of growing in tightly regulated jurisdictions.

Speaking on the development, Yuriy Muratov, Chief Commercial Officer at 3 Oaks Gaming, commented: “Securing this recognition notice is a noteworthy achievement for us at 3 Oaks, as we can supply our renowned slot titles into the Maltese market. It reflects our strong commitment to delivering premium content to new audiences.”

This announcement comes as part of a broader global expansion strategy by 3 Oaks Gaming. The company has recently made strides in other regulated markets, including the United Kingdom, Portugal and Romania, with Malta now joining the list of jurisdictions where its content is accessible under full regulatory compliance.
