Experienced marketer Dagmara Bator has been named head of marketing and strategy execution at Malta-based gaming company Authentic Gaming Ltd. She started her new job last month but made the announcement on Friday.

She has been a key figure in the company’s marketing team over the years, including over two-and-a-half years as head of marketing, and more than a year as marketing team lead.

Prior to her time in the iGaming industry, she served as marketing manager at Polish business consultancy firm Open Qualis for almost two years. Additionally, she also worked as content manager at advertising agency Scorise for over four years, as well as event manager at Krakowska Scena Muzyczna for around two years.

Ms Bator graduated with a master’s degree in Advertisement Management from Poland’s Jagiellonian University, along with bachelor’s degrees in Electronic Information Processing and also in Cultural Management from the same university. She also holds a Branding Strategy qualification from Harvard Extension School.

Headquartered in Sliema, Authentic Gaming is a supplier of live casino software and services that has established a global presence in the iGaming world. The company employs over 200 gaming professionals across offices and studios in Malta, Georgia, Slovakia, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
