Malta and Poland based Kalamba Games has appointed Elliot Scales as senior account manager amid a surge in recruitment to support its commercial growth.

He joins the rapidly growing studio from Playtech where he held the role of sales manager and brings with him several years of industry business development experience, having performed similar roles at tier-one iGaming companies including Relax Gaming and LeoVegas.

The move strengthens Kalamba’s account management team as it maintains its commercial growth trajectory on the back of an increasing roster of games released each month.

Further appointments are expected to bolster the developer’s team as it continues to sign new partnership agreements in territories globally.

Andrew Crosby, CCO at Kalamba Games, said: “It’s a pleasure to have Elliot join the Kalamba family. His experience and skills are very welcome at a time when we’re expanding considerably.

“His track record in the industry is going to prove vital as we continue to deliver our powerful combination of innovative games and promotional tools.”

Mr Scales added: “I couldn’t be happier to join Kalamba, a renowned name in casino entertainment.

“Its rise in the industry has been impressive and I’m truly excited to join the team, bringing my own experience to the role to support the company’s core goals.”
