MiFinity has appointed Ray Brash as its new Group Chief Operating Officer.

In his new role, Mr Brash will oversee MiFinity's Product, Project Management and Payments functions, supporting the company's operational performance and long-term growth strategy.

His appointment comes as Malta-Headquartered MiFinity reports continued profitable double-digit revenue growth, expansion into new markets and ongoing investment in new products and payment capabilities.

Mr Brash brings more than 30 years of experience in the European payments industry, having held senior leadership positions at CleverCards, Flyfish, PPS (PrePay Solutions), Edenred Payment Solutions and The Payments Association, where he is a Founding Member of the TPA Advisory Board. He is recognised for his experience in scaling payment businesses, leading high-performing teams and driving business transformation.

Commenting on the appointment, MiFinity CEO Paul Kavanagh said Mr Brash's experience in building and growing payment organisations would be instrumental as the company continues its expansion.

"We've built strong momentum over recent years, and Ray's appointment reinforces our commitment to investing in exceptional leadership, delivering operational excellence, and creating even greater value for our customers, merchants and partners," he said.

Mr Brash said he had followed MiFinity's growth closely and was impressed by the company's ambition, expanding customer base and focus on innovation.

"I’m excited to be joining at such an important stage in the company’s journey and look forward to helping scale the business, enhance our products and operations, and deliver even greater experiences for our customers and partners," he said.
