SIS (Sports Information Services), a multi-channel supplier of 24/7 live betting services, is taking its 24/7 Live Racing Content to a substantially greater number of bettors in Malta after striking a deal with national lottery operator IZI Group’s retail brand IZIBET.
Following a successful integration, SIS’ provision of round-the-clock horse and greyhound racing from around the world will be delivered to over 200 retail sites across the island. IZIBET is managed by IZI Group, the gaming group that operates Malta’s iconic Dragonara Casino and, since 5th July 2022, the national lottery of Malta.
The development significantly enhances the Maltese exposure of SIS’ content, which provides profitable short form betting opportunities across an annual total of 30,000 horse races and 38,000 greyhound events, taking place at over 170 racecourses across five continents. All racing content is supplied as an end-to-end solution, including live streamed pictures, data, commentary, and on-screen graphics with betting triggers along with an extensive range of markets and prices.
The latest in a string of new operator partnerships provides further evidence of the continued commercial growth of SIS, with the supplier’s partners worldwide benefiting from a range of proven, revenue-boosting services.
Dave Richardson, commercial manager (UK & Europe) at SIS, said: “This latest boost to our profile is the result of our strategy of partnering with the right brands that we can confidently move forward with. IZIBET is a well-known and trusted brand in Malta, and this deal offers us incredible access to a thriving retail market. We’re delighted to be able to offer even more bettors the best racing products currently available.”
Franco De Gabriele, chief commercial officer of IZI Group, said: “We are very excited to extend our collaboration with SIS for all our customers of the National Lottery. We have been working with SIS for several years, providing a compelling horse racing product through our network of IZIBET Shops. Through the takeover of the National Lottery of Malta earlier this year, we are glad to have extended the SIS horse racing betting service to a network of over 200 outlets across Malta, creating the largest retail sports betting network in Malta under a single brand.”
