Vivid Gaming has obtained a Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) Critical Gaming Supply Licence (B2B), marking a key milestone in the company’s international growth strategy.

The licence is valid for a ten-year period and authorises the company to provide remote casino content to licensed operators and aggregator partners. This regulatory approval enables Vivid Gaming to expand its footprint across regulated jurisdictions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

With the MGA licence in place, Vivid Gaming is now positioned to accelerate its commercial rollout and deepen its integration efforts with operators and aggregation platforms. The company noted that strong interest generated at ICE 2026 has already laid the groundwork for new partnerships, which it now aims to convert into active distribution agreements.

Chief Executive Officer Karl Hsu described the licence as a pivotal step for the company’s scaling strategy: “We are pleased to receive our MGA B2B licence. With regulatory approval now in place, we can scale more quickly with operators and aggregators and bring our certified titles to players across regulated markets.”

The licence is expected to streamline content distribution and improve speed-to-market, allowing Vivid Gaming to make its portfolio available across leading operators in compliant jurisdictions.

Looking ahead, the company plans to intensify its presence at key industry events, including SBC Malta and SBC Lisbon, where it will showcase its portfolio and pursue additional partnerships.

Among its immediate priorities, Vivid Gaming aims to:

  • Accelerate integrations with operators, aggregators, and platform partners
  • Expand regulated-market rollouts
  • Announce new commercial partnerships
  • Continue certification processes for additional jurisdictions
