AskGamblers’ Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS) has officially surpassed $80 million in funds returned to players since its inception in 2009, marking a significant milestone for the player-advocacy platform now operating under Gentoo Media, based in Malta.

The achievement comes just months after AGCCS reported crossing the $70 million threshold in March and $74 million in July, showing a rapid increase in successful complaint resolutions. In one recent case, the service helped a player recover $3.3 million in withheld winnings from Jackbit Casino. The issue was resolved in under two weeks after AGCCS intervened directly with the operator.

Despite operating for more than 15 years, the service has recovered an eighth of its total figure in less than a year – an acceleration likely driven by both growing trust in the AskGamblers platform and the ongoing expansion of the global online gambling market. In 2024 alone, AGCCS returned nearly $7 million to players, and by March 2025, its registered membership had reached around 700,000 users.

Commenting on the milestone, AskGamblers General Manager Dijana Radunović said:

“Every time our complaint team reaches a new milestone, I’m reminded of how much passion and effort they put into helping players. We’re proud of them and the impact they’re making – it’s a reminder that fairness in gaming really matters.”

AskGamblers was acquired by Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) in December 2022 for €45 million from Catena Media. Following GiG’s corporate split in June 2024, the media division rebranded as Gentoo Media, which continues to oversee AskGamblers as one of its flagship brands.
