Casino operator Videoslots.com has promoted Kim Lindsjö to the role of head of affiliates.

Kim, who celebrated his eighth anniversary at Videoslots on 2nd June , started as a Junior Affiliate Manager before adopting a senior role within that department. He was then elevated to head of affiliates earlier this year.

Since his appointment, Kim has already bolstered his team, recruiting three new affiliate managers within weeks, setting up new processes and shifting focus and priorities so the affiliate side of the business can evolve.

One of the most important remits that Kim is taking care of in the foreseeable future is the migration to a new affiliate platform from the affiliates side, with the tool helping in cleaning up Videoslots’ affiliate list and achieve growth, obtaining even better results.

Prior to joining Videoslots in 2015, Kim developed a career within sales before moving over to the affiliate sector.

Ulle Skottling, deputy CEO at Videoslots, said: “Kim has been a vital part of Videoslots’ work within the affiliates side of the business over the past eight years and his latest promotion is testament to his hard work and achievements since he started in 2015.

“With Kim at the helm, the affiliate team is in good hands and he has some fantastic plans moving forward that will strengthen our reputation.”

On his part, Kim commented: “Celebrating my eight-year anniversary as Videoslots’ Head of Affiliates is a fantastic way to look back on my time here with fond memories.

“The affiliate side of the business is playing a key role and the majority of the revenue is obtained via affiliates meaning this is extremely important for the growth and success of the company.

“There is plenty to look forward over the next 12 months. We are entering new markets, meaning we need to find quality affiliates within these regions. This involves traveling, attending conferences and a lot of negotiations and testing, which I am really looking forward to.”
