Zitro Digital, the online gaming division of Zitro, has renewed its B2B online gaming supplier licence issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
The renewed licence will remain valid until 2036, allowing Zitro Digital to continue supplying its portfolio of digital gaming content through Malta.
The company said Malta remains one of Europe’s leading iGaming hubs, bringing together operators, suppliers and industry professionals. According to Zitro Digital, the licence renewal supports its continued presence in the market and its strategy of expanding its online gaming portfolio within regulated jurisdictions.
Michael Bauer, CEO of Zitro Digital, said Malta continues to play a central role in the European iGaming industry, with many operators, suppliers and industry experts based in the jurisdiction.
“Maintaining our license in this jurisdiction is therefore essential to our continued growth,” Bauer said. He added that the Malta Gaming Authority has been at the forefront of stable and forward-looking regulation in Europe and that Zitro Digital is pleased to continue working alongside the MGA.
The renewal strengthens Zitro Digital’s regulatory position and supports its ongoing international expansion, as the company continues to bring its digital content to operators and players across regulated online gaming markets.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Luxembourg, Zitro Digital has grown into a global leader in gaming experiences. Since 2016, the company has rapidly expanded its multi-game slots portfolio, gaining worldwide recognition.
