Malta-based virtual sports and casino content provider Leap Gaming received a Class II license from Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN) for gaming software provision, it announced on Thursday.

The newly acquired license allows Leap to provide its virtual sports and casino solutions to B2C operators in Romania.

This license follows several key licensing milestones achieved in recent months, including, among others, in Sweden, Greece, and Italy.

It serves as another step in Leap’s expansion path into regulated markets, for scalable distribution of its state-of-the-art virtual sports, slots and table games.

Known for developing high-end virtual sports, slots and table games, serving hundreds of gaming brands worldwide, Leap Gaming is already licensed by the MGA and Hellenic Gaming Commission(HGC), with its products certified and widely available in regulated jurisdictions across the globe.

With all of its content deployable in retail, web and mobile formats, Leap offers immersive and innovative virtual sports betting and casino content wrapped up in state-of-the-art user interfaces.
