Playson, a Malta-headquartered iGaming content supplier, has appointed Ben Wood as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). He brings over 15 years of experience in the iGaming industry, including senior commercial roles at Bally’s Interactive, Microgaming and Blueprint Gaming.

In his new role, Mr Wood will oversee the company’s global commercial strategy, expanding its B2B footprint, fostering key operator relationships and accelerating the delivery of its slot portfolio to new markets.

Commenting on his appointment, MR wood expressed his excitement in joining Playson.

“Playson has built a fantastic reputation for quality, creativity, and reliability in iGaming,” he said.

Mr Wood continued: “Their must-have content has stamped their own indelible mark in established and new markets alike,” adding that he looks forward to “contributing to the company’s continued growth across Europe and globally.”

This transition follows the departure of Tamas Kusztos, who leaves his role as CCO to pursue new personal goals. He will continue to collaborate with Playson, ensuring a smooth handover and alignment with the company’s long-term ambitions.
