Naomi Grima has been appointed Head of Creative at Betsson Group after more than 10 years with the company.
Ms Grima’s journey with Betsson Group began as a Creative Designer, a role she held for three years. During her time at the company, she has held various positions within the creative department, including Lead Creative, UX/UI Designer and Senior Creative Designer.
Announcing her appointment on LinkedIn, Ms Grima wrote that she is “very grateful for the people who challenged me, trusted me, taught me and backed me through it all.”
Ms Grima also reflected on her professional growth, writing: “It’s funny how growth can hide behind another challenge, another thing to learn, another project. Somewhere in between all of that, you grow. You make mistakes, learn from people around you, trust your own judgement a little more, and eventually realise you’re handling things very differently than you once would have.”
Before joining Betsson Group, Ms Grima worked as a First Line Trading Officer at Phoenix GSB Group and as a Graphic Designer at ANCHOVY and Studio Moda Group Malta.
