Pragmatic Play

Pragmatic Play has revealed its donation of €6,000 to three Maltese charities providing services, including sheltering and medical care, to stray animals on the islands.

Discussing the donation on social media, the Gibraltar-based operator said: “We, at Pragmatic Play, love our animals and never miss a chance to show our support whenever we can!”

Listing the three charities, Pragmatic Play explains that the MSPCA is the oldest shelter for cats and dogs in the community, fighting to provide a rehoming service for abandoned animals.

The Island Sanctuary provides services and care for stray dogs in the community, and shelters those who cannot find a home yet.

In the same vein, the CSAF provides shelter and medical care for homeless cats.

It is only the latest donation as part of Pragmatic Play’s corporate social responsibility drives. In late June, it donated over €10,000 to the Cancel Relief charity in Gibraltar.

Speaking at the time, Julian Jarvis, the company’s CEO commented: “We appreciate the fantastic work that Cancer Relief carries out in our community here, in Gibraltar, to support patients and their families in times of great need”.
