iGaming Group has announced its appointment of Debbie Cooper as its new head of account management, effective from the start of this month.
She is said by the company to bring with her to the post a wealth of industry experience, joining from Hacksaw Gaming, where she held the position of key account manager.
Bringing her seven years of B2B and B2C experience to bear, she will be charged with helping to develop the team’s strategies, as well as with supporting the account management team across the company’s offices in Malta, Montenegro, and Croatia.
Welcoming her to iGaming Group, Chief Operations Officer, Phil Pearson said: “We are thrilled to have Debbie on board during these ever-changing times of IGG growth across our brands.”
He added that skills she gained in previous roles are a “huge fit” with iGaming Group’s growth plans with the business, and that she will be working with the iGaming Platform and IGG White Label Solutions, aiming to create a much more cohesive and perfectly functioning department.
“She also likes marmite and cheese so really there was really no other choice here,” he joked.
Ms Cooper also commented on her appointment, saying: “I have been working closely with iGaming Group for the last couple of years and the team are fantastic. I am incredibly excited to be part of the journey during this period of growth and look forward to contributing to the growing success.”
“Plus, they have a fridge full of cheese,” she added.
The company attributed short-term profitability pressures to internal restructuring measures, headcount reductions and investment into AI-powered automation tools
