Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has announced two strategic appointments aimed at accelerating its global growth and enhancing its sportsbook and partnership capabilities.
The company welcomes Andy Kelly as Head of Partnerships and Mitchell Harrison as Business Development Director for its SportX sportsbook solution; moves that signal GiG’s intent to scale operations and deepen engagement with its expanding network of partners.
As GiG continues to gain momentum across its platform and sportsbook solutions, these appointments mark a critical step in driving innovation and commercial success.

Mr Kelly, bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial and operational leadership, will focus on optimising GiG’s diverse partnership ecosystem. His role includes strengthening the company’s third-party integrations across content, payments, and sportsbook supply chains, ensuring partners receive greater value and scalability.
Joining alongside Mr Kelly, Mr Harrison brings more than seven years of business development expertise from iGaming industry leaders such as SBTech, DraftKings, and Genius Sports. In his new role, Mr Harrison will spearhead the commercial growth of GiG’s SportX sportsbook. With a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C sports betting, Mr Harrison aims to drive high-impact growth, enhance operator margins, and adapt solutions to the evolving needs of global markets.

Andrew Cochrane, Chief Business Officer at GiG, emphasised the importance of these hires, stating: “The addition of two highly regarded people with very specialised areas of expertise will be invaluable as we continue to accelerate our global partnership strategy and drive expansion for our platform and sportsbook solutions.”
Both Mr Kelly and Mr Harrison expressed their excitement about joining GiG at a crucial stage of its growth. Their combined experience is expected to play a pivotal role in cementing GiG’s reputation as a leader in delivering cutting-edge, scalable, and profitable iGaming solutions across both mature and emerging markets.
