Elaine Debattista on Monday shared that she is taking on a new challenge in her career by joining St Julian’s based iGaming firm ComeOn Group as people and talent partner.

The HR professional entered into the iGaming industry in 2018 and has remained in the sector since.

Her previous role saw her go from junior HR business partner to HR business partner in just under two years with Genesis Global Limited.

Ms Debattista holds a Bachelor of Arts – BA, Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Malta and a Masters in Management with HR from the University of Chester.

The company she joined, ComeOn Group, is a Malta-headquartered iGaming firm that operates over 20 brands across multiple markets.

It was founded in 2008 and today describes itself as a “leading global player” in the iGaming industry. It employs over 500 people across seven locations on a hybrid basis.
