Creator of the world’s first skill-based video game gambling machines GameCo is to merge with Malta-based games studio Green Jade Games to create content-centred games that include slots, table games, crash games and arcade games.

Both companies are pioneers in casino games with a strong reputation for producing outstanding content. With the growing demand for iGaming content globally, the newly merged entity will provide access to more than 600 casinos.
Jesper Kärrbrink has been named as the new CEO of the merged entity while Robert Montgomery will assume the role of Chairman. Mr Montgomery said that the two companies are a "great strategic fit” and he is confident that the “merger will propel the new group to the next level.”
