Sliema-based iGaming platform provider EveryMatrix has secured membership with CIBELAE – the Ibero-American Corporation of State Lotteries and Gambling – in a move that signals its ambition to deepen its footprint across Latin America, Spain, Portugal and other regulated markets.
The company’s application to join as an Associate Member was recently endorsed by the organisation’s board and is expected to be officially ratified during CIBELAE’s Annual Ordinary Assembly later this year.
CIBELAE serves as the regional branch of the World Lottery Association, representing lottery and iGaming stakeholders in more than 80 countries spanning Latin America, Central America, Spain and Portugal.
The membership provides opportunities to participate in events, industry working groups and cross-market discussions across 80 countries, opening doors to collaborations that could help shape the direction of regulation, technology, and innovation in the sector.
This step is especially significant given EveryMatrix’s long-standing activity in Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets.
Its portfolio, which includes the SlotMatrix aggregation platform and exclusive game content, is already licensed or certified in multiple jurisdictions such as Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Portugal and Spain.
Ebbe Groes, CEO and Co-Founder of EveryMatrix, described the development as a natural progression for the company:
“This is a great step forward in both solidifying and expanding our presence in Latin America, Spain, Portugal and many other key territories as a trusted technology partner for lotteries.”
“We look forward to leveraging this membership to create new, long-lasting relationships and opportunities and contributing to the growth and sustainable success of many important regulated markets,” he continued.
CIBELAE’s Executive Director, Rodrigo Cigliutti, also welcomed the move:
“The incorporation of EveryMatrix as an Associate Member of CIBELAE brings to our network a world-class B2B technology partner, renowned for delivering scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions that empower national and state-owned lotteries to modernise, expand omnichannel operations, and enhance player protection in regulated markets worldwide.”
