New head of CRM global promotion at Betsson Group

Lauren Debattista announced on social media platforms that she has been promoted to head of CRM global promotion at Betsson Group after two years as CRM global promotions manager where she was responsible for setting strategy and the global CRM promotions calendar for casino and live casino across multiple brands and markets.  

In her new role she will manage the CRM strategy, communications and budget for the Group’s brands and markets and lead a team of CRM Managers covering casino, live casino, poker, sports and virtual sports.   

Prior to joining Betsson Group in 2020, Lauren was CRM Manager with LeoVegas covering MGA and emerging markets.
