Vita Media Group, a Danish iGaming company listed as a Top 20 EGR Global Power Affiliate, has announced its acquisition of Greenplay, a casino brand formerly owned and managed by Codere Online Management Services Ltd, an international gaming operator from Spain.
With this acquisition, the group is strengthening its market position both in Europe and LATAM countries, and the move is described as “a step forward in the continuity of the overall growth of the company.”
In the words of Jimmi Meilstrup, CEO of Vita Media Group, “the acquisition of the Greenplay casino brand is a massive expansion of our own iGaming ecosystem. We are reinventing our presence in existing markets, and at the same time we are trying to unlock new market possibilities. This strategic investment allows us to be more creative and offer a lot more quality on the market in 2022.”
Greenplay Casino is the seventh casino brand that will join the Vita Media Group family as part of the company’s affiliate division, OMG Affiliates.
All affiliates working under the Codere Online Management Services Ltd agreement of the Greenplay casino, will now be transferred to the OMG Affiliates platform. Once the migration is complete, all affiliates will be introduced to the new account management system.
In 2021, the acquisition of Greenplay casino is the third investment that Vita Media Group added to its affiliate division, OMG Affiliates. Previously, Vita Media Group acquired the awarded Trada Affiliates brands from the United Kingdom, and more recently, Affilisearch, a European Gambling Affiliate Network from Denmark.
Vita Media Group’s efforts in 2021 have been recognized by multiple respected award organizations and the company has been shortlisted in different categories for a record number of nine times.
Most recently, the company was shortlisted as the Best Casino Affiliate at the iGB Affiliate Awards 2022, and its OMG Affiliates division was shortlisted for both Best Affiliate Program and Rising Star.
